When I called yesterday to get my daughter in right away, even though they were fully booked, the office staff made it work, placing me on hold to discuss what could be moved around in order to get her in. This facility is out of network for us so I called numerous other ENT Doctors in our network and not one place tried to any degree to work us in to provide the needed care.
